Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.


Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, though delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal demand.


If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, the processing and shipping timeline may be longer. Any extended timeline will be noted on the product page.


If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

 

Iron Kraken is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.


If your package appears lost or delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you still need help, contact us at [insert support email] and we will do our best to assist.


Iron Kraken is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at ironkrakenmedia@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a solution.

 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item you received.
